How do I create an account?
Download the app and register with your email address or sign in with Google or Apple.
How can I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Data → Delete Account in the app. All your data will be permanently deleted.
How can I export my data?
Under Settings → Data → Export Data, you can download all your data as a JSON file.
How do I connect Apple Health or Google Health Connect?
Go to Settings → Connected Sources and select your health source. The app will then ask for the necessary permissions.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and stored on EU servers. Each user can only see their own data (Row Level Security). Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
Which AI services does getNudge use?
getNudge uses Mistral AI and Google Gemini for personalized analysis. Your data is processed anonymously and is not used to train AI models.
Does the app work offline?
Basic features like the diary work offline. AI-powered features and synchronization require an internet connection.
How much does getNudge cost?
getNudge is free to use. Premium features are optionally available.
